Purpose of Data Processing

Sources and Legal Basis
We have obtained your data from information you have registered yourself. We apply the current privacy legislation at all times when processing personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing before the consent was withdrawn. Your data will be stored as long as you use the Kasam Portal.
Sharing of Personal Data
The personal data we process about you is shared with companies within the same group to provide the best possible service. We may also share your personal data with a third party, provided we are required to do so by law. However, we will never transfer your data to a country outside the EU.
